Dori took an interest in cooking soul food and baking at a very young age. At the age of 19, she started working in a supermarket, where she was introduced to many new foods. That's when the kitchen experimentation began. With the help of friends, family and co-workers through the years as her "taste-testing panel," her culinary skills increased. She is a well-rounded Chef who offers dishes from diverse cultures. As a resident of Maryland, she mastered seafood dishes. Today, she is both a baker and a cook. Her passion and creativity in the kitchen literally started this business. Moody's House of Good Eats was the name bestowed upon the business before there ever was a business.
